Florida Vacation Guide to the best Easter Egg hunts in Florida
There were a lot of families enjoying a lot of of good old-fashioned Easter egg hunting fun this weekend in Florida.
In case you didn’t get out with your children, take note of this list of three of the most unique Easter Egg Hunts in Florida for next year!
Underwater Easter Egg Hunt in Key Largo
Next Easter for something unique, head to the Captain Spencer Slate of Atlantis Dive Center in Key Largo. A scuba diver suited up bunny-style hides real eggs with nontoxic colorings (to avoid negative environmental impact) in a shallow reef for Easter Egg hunters to play a fun underwater game for prizes. A special prize is awarded to the lucky person to find the elusive “Golden Egg!”
Horseback Egg Hunt
On Easter weekend next year, take your family to the Saddle Up Riding Club in Pinellas Park for a super fun egg hunt – on horseback! Kids between the ages of 2 and 6 can hop on a horse and search for Easter eggs which have been hidden in buckets that hang from branches along a path through the woods! There will also be games to play, food to eat and farm animals to interact with. This year, almost 1000 people came out to hunt for eggs here!
