Florida Vacation Guide: Top Orlando shopping destinations for tourists

Forbes magazine put Orlando at the top of its list of Best US Cities for Bargain Shopping. We’re not so sure that visitors to Orlando are more interested in names like Disney and Universal than they are about names like Jimmy Choo, Dior and Chanel.

Orlando shopping malls are world-class, offering shoppers with over 1,000 places to buy goods, watch movies and eat!

The following four malls are the most popular for tourists to the area:

  • The Florida Mall is the largest mall in Central Florida with over 250 stores including Coach, Saks Fifth Avenue, The apple Store, MAC Cosmetics and Florida’s first H&M.
  • The Mall at Millenia is home to the most upscale and luxurious shops in Orlando including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Gucci. You’ll also find a Forever XXI, Crate and Barrel and Macy’s here.
  • Festival Bay Mall at International Drive is right at the corner of Oakridge Road and International Drive. Here you’ll find more than 30 stores as well as entertainment venues and eateries. Glow-in-the-dark miniature golf anyone?
  • Pointe Orlando has a fabulous collection of dining, entertainment and shopping options right in the heart of the attractions area of International Drive. Shop at Victoria’s Secret or Armani Exchange. Laugh at the Orlando Improv Comedy Club & Dinner Theatre, watch a movie on the biggest IMAX screen in Central Florida!
