An exquisite Easter Sunday Brunch will be taking place on April 8 from 11:30am to 3:00pm in The Palms Hotel & Spa’s Essensia Restaurant.
Food has been sourced from Florida’s farms to be transformed into a bounty of traditional brunch favorites. Enjoy Easter Brunch in the elegant dining room or outdoors, surrounded by tropical gardens.
What’s to eat?
Some highlights of The Palms Hotel and Spa Easter Brunch include Essensia’s signature dishes. Sample the Local Red & Yellow Heirloom Tomato and Local Burrata Salad, the Tri-Colored Citrus Salad and the fresh Local Grouper Ceviche.
Of course you can expect to find your favorite traditional Easter dishes including Roasted Ham with Honey and Whole Grain Mustard, Deviled Eggs with Salmon Roe and Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with Fresh Salsa Verde.
Additional menu items for Easter Brunch will include homemade savory breads, fresh seasonal fruits, made-to-order omelets and waffles, grilled mahi mahi, vegetarian paella and seared rosemary chicken with wild mushroom ragout.
Be sure to save room for dessert where you can choose from Berry Frangipane, German Chocolate Pave, Tropical Trifle, Lemon Puffs and Key Lime Spoons.
$49 per person and $19 for kids 10 and under, not including taxes or gratuity. Reservations highly recommended.
