As we write this, fresh seafood is being acquired, chocolate is being shipped in and carving knives are being prepped at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove for an elaborate Easter Sunday Brunch which will include imported cheeses and charcuteries, made-to-order omelets, create-your-own pasta stations, carved-to-order prime cuts of meat, gourmet delicacies and of course, a parade of chocolate bunnies.
After brunch, there will be a traditional egg hunt for the little ones, led by the Easter Bunny himself!

On Easter Sunday in the Grand Ballroom, there will be a mouthwatering array of brunch favorites to enjoy. Feast on traditional Easter dishes like glazed ham and prime rib as well as new favorites like ceviche and made-to-order sushi! The champagne, mimosas and bellinis will be free flowing for the adults while the little ones will be just as happy with cookie decorating, entertainment, egg hunting and movie watching. All you need to bring is your own basket!
To enjoy this scrumptious Easter Sunday Brunch, the cost is $89/adult and $34/children under 12. Taxes and gratuity are not included in this price.
