1. Swamp Stomp Music Festival

Visit the Tallahassee Museum on Saturday and prepare to relax to the sounds of fantastic live music during the 34th annual Swamp Stomp Music Festival featuring some of the best-loved musicians in the region.

2. Hemingway Festival
Key West is a pretty unique part of Florida and it has attracted many interesting characters over the years. One of the many notable celebrities to have lived there was Ernest Hemingway. The Pulitzer Prize winning author lived in Key West during the 1930s and the legacy he left behind in the area is strong enough that a festival is held in his honor each year. Celebrate the 113th anniversary of Hemingway Days with its arm-wrestling challenge, look-alike contest,deep-sea fishing tournament and literary readings.

3. 65th Weeki Wachee Mermaid Reunion
Come to the Mermaid Reunion at Weeki Wachee Park and celebrate the 65th year for one of the most charming Florida attractions you’ll find. While there will be many private events for the mermaids themselves, there will also be public events on Saturday and Sunday including autograph signings, a performance of The Little Mermaid and the Sorority of Sirens Show.
