About the Easter Sunday Brunch at Royal St. Cloud
Traditionally, this Grand Easter Brunch has been held in the Royal St. Cloud’s ballroom but because of an event there later in the evening, brunch will be served in the ballroom for early seatings, and it will move to the restaurant from noon onward. It’s all happening on Sunday, April 8.

- Seatings in the Restaurant from 12:15pm until 3pm
The Royal St. Cloud Easter Brunch Offerings
We’re getting pretty hungry just reading about all of the amazing food!
Enjoy Country sausage links and applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles with warm syrup, breakfast potatoes topped with red peppers and caramelized onions. Head to the chef-attended omelet station and have your eggs just the way you like them. To go with the waffles, there will be homemade whipped cream, powdered sugar, blueberries, strawberries and whipped butter in addition to the warmed maple syrup.
Choose from succulent roast prime rib au jus with mini rolls and horseradish cream or slow roasted honey baked ham with sweet pineapple relish.
Soup and Salad Station
Fill your bowl with sweet corn and potato chowder and pile your plate with fresh spring greens topped with one of three house made salad dressings.

Will it be the Hawaiian chicken with vegetable fried rice or the almond crusted salmon with citrus cream served with roasted spring vegetables and new potatoes with spring herb pesto?
Save room for a slice of key lime pie or a piece of strawberry shortcake.
