1. Scotty McCreery live in concert
American Idol fans: take note! 18-year-old Scotty McCreery, winner of last year’s installment of the reality TV series, will be bringing his signature deep voice with a country twang to Florida’s Dallas Bull on Wednesday, June 20 for a free show for fans!

2. Screening of Caddyshack
If you’re planning on going golfing with Dad on Father’s Day, here’s an idea. Before or after you play your round, head to the Enzian for a screening of “Caddyshack.” Grab lunch and something to drink before the show. Drink and lunch specials at the Eden Bar start at 11am and the movie starts at 1pm.

3. City of Daytona Beach’s 12th Annual Juneteenth Family Festival
Celebrate Juneteenth – the celebration of the day (June 19, 1865) Union soldiers landed in Galveston, Texas to announce the end of the Civil War and to read an order, freeing the 250,000 slaves who were living in the state. On Saturday, take the whole family to the City of Daytona Beach’s annual Juneteenth Family Festival for a great, fun day. The theme of the day is cultural awareness, education and fun. See the Sankofa African American Museum on Wheels with its detailed display of over 500 artifacts from the era of King Cotton and the days of Emancipation. There’ll be live entertainment, a petting zoo, pony rides, choo choo train rides, a pound cake contest, water balls, 25′ rock climbing wall, free swimming, dance, arts and crafts and much more.
