Disney Vacation Guide to the best Wine & Spirit selection on the Fantasy

With great attention to detail, the wine and spirits aboard the Disney Fantasy are as attention-grabbing as other notable features on this new Disney Cruise Line ship. There’s a whole list of private label and exclusive wine and spirits on the Fantasy, from the Taittinger champagne to the sparkling Nocturne, but here’s the best you can find at particular venues.

Europa Cocktails

Fantasy mixologists at the dance club, The Tube, concocted six cocktails, among them “1863″. The combination of vanilla vodka, Imperial English breakfast tea and Monster Energy will make you hit the dance floor. At Skyline, you can sip on cocktails inspired by Europe as the backdrop from the “windows” changes.  Be sure to try Florence’s Sogno di Cioccolato, a blend of Italian Chianti, the sweet bite of cocoa and agave nectar, and a dollop of whipped cream.

Select your wine

There’s no doubt that Remy has the best wine selection on the ship. From its wine vault with vintage wines to its cocktails, there’s something for everyone. To get your handle on the selection, once you’ve booked dinner, you have the option to meet a Fantasy sommelier in the wine room for the sole purpose of sampling and pre-selecting wines to accompany your dinner.

Exclusive Barolo

Among the 90 wines from various regions in Italy on Palo’s wine list, try the private label Barolo. The aroma alone will transport you back to Italy.

Private Label Craft Beer

If beer is more what you crave, try the craft beer at O’Gills. There’s nothing like the taste Irish whisky blended with Irish Cream in this private label beer to make you feel like you’re in a cozy pub in Ireland.
