Disney World has food to appeal to everyone – even those of us who try hard to get our veggies in every day (even while on vacation!). When you’re in the mood for a salad in Disney World there’s a lot more variety than you might think! The following are our picks for the top ten best salads in Disney World.

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano: Mixed Greens Salad – Candied walnuts, slices of fresh pear, imported Gorgonzola cheese and dried cherry vinaigrette top a pile of mixed greens.

Jiko the Cooking Place: Jiko Salad – Greens are topped with spiced walnuts, Black Mission Figs, Midnight Moon goat cheese and drizzled with Black Pearl Vinaigrette. (Jiko also has a delicious Roasted Beet Salad that involves Serrano ham, pistachio-crusted goat cheese and blackberry-shiraz vinaigrette.)
