Disney Vacation Guide to Disney Pixar Mail a Smile Forever Stamps

The U.S. Postal Service just issued 125 million stamps featuring some very familiar faces…of Disney Pixar characters.

Mail a Smile Forever stamps

The official First-Day-of-Issue dedication ceremony took place at the newly opened Art of Animation Resort.

When it comes to new technology, as convenient as it is to keep in touch with loved ones using a computer, there’s really no comparison to sending something via letter mail to a loved one. And sending a letter has gotten a lot more fun with these colorful, whimsical new stamps.

Which characters are featured?

The Mail a Smile stamp sheet features five different designs which spotlight:

  • Flik and Dot from “A Bug’s Life” (1998)
  • Woody, Bullseye and Jessie from “Toy Story 2″ (1999)
  • Boo, Mike Wazowski and James P. “Sulley” Sullivan from “Monsters, Inc.” (2001)
  • Nemo and Squirt from “Finding Nemo” (2003)
  • Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) and Dashiell “Dash” Parr from “The Incredibles” (2004), with “Dash” shown running in the background

On the back of the stamp sheet you’ll find blue-pencil sketches and text to encourage you to mail a smile to a loved one.

You can see these stamps (and lots of other stamps) at the USPSStamps Facebook page and on the USPSstamps Twitter feed. You can purchase your Mail a Smile Forever stamps at or by visiting a post office near you!
