Get ship-shape on the Fantasy
Disney Vacation guide to staying in shape on the Fantasy
Feel the need to move after a day of buffets, gourmet dining and wine-tastings on the Fantasy? In between sitting down for meals or the great musical show lineups, the upper decks have a variety of fitness options to make room for the next day’s meal!
There’s a gym gym in the Senses Spa & Salon – 2,500-square-feet with weights and state-of-the-art cardio machines, and even personal trainers if you want. Along with training sessions, there are complimentary classes from aerobics or spinning to stretching and Pilates. All of this, along with ocean views to keep you motivated!
Yoga on Deck
For those who wake up early, there’s a sunrise yoga class on the upper deck.
Get in shape digitally on Deck 13 with two sports simulators where you can play a variety of games, from hockey to rugby. Part of Goofy’s Sports Deck, you can get some of the action of the real game by swinging for a golf ball, kicking a soccer ball, tossing the basketball in a net or throwing a football.
Goofy’s Sports Deck
Play a game of mini golf where Goofy instructions and crooked clubs add to the complexity, or set your own rules at the basketball court, which can also be transformed into a volleyball court or a small-soccer field. Inside, there’s a myriad of choices, from foosball to ping pong, to keep your body moving.
There’s no end for water fun on the Fantasy, but if you want to do some water immersion, head to the Quiet Cove Pool in the adult-only area, or, play a water game with the kids in Donald’s Pool.
