Epcot Theme Park
Disney Vacation Guide: Epcot
Walk among 11 nations and future worlds in Disney’s Epcot theme park, where innovation and international culture are the hallmarks. From the country’s only single-vine tomato tree to fireworks synchronized to a symphonic score, Epcot spans human achievement. The 16 million pound geodesic dome is Epcot’s landmark in the 305 acres where you can immerse yourself in architecture, rides, shows and interactive displays from lands such as Norway to the imaginative landscape at Innoventions.
Dine around the World
From Japan and Italy to China and Mexico, each of the 11 villages representing different nations are located along a 40-acre lagoon. Walk along the 1.3-mile promenade for various shows, displays, unique shopping and meals. In this short distance, you can dine around the world. From the romantic, fairy-tale architecture in the Germany World Showcase pavilion to the multi-colored tiles of the Morocco pavilion, meals offer a unique taste. Try UK favourites such as fish and chips, Sticky toffee pudding and ales at the Rose & Crown or sample seafood with the underwater world backdrop at the Coral Reef restaurant.
Future World
The Future World is the other land to discover. Highlighting the sea to land and imagination to technology, it offers a chance for you to see, feel and touch the latest inventions and innovations that affect your life. Lift-off to Mars at Mission: SPACE or ride in a “clamobile” with familiar stars of “Finding Nemo”. There’s wonder for all ages at every turn.
