The Dining Rooms
When you enter Be Our Guest Restaurant you step into the Beast’s fairytale castle where you can dine in three themed rooms that are decorated in vivid detail that bring to the animated film to life, from servers dressed in knickers and a jabot to the twelve foot long chandelier shimmering with 100 crystals:
- The West Wing features an enchanted rose
- The lunchtime Rose Gallery has Belle and Beast dancing larger-than-life
- The dinnertime Ballroom, has a domed ceiling, crystal chandeliers and softly falling snow through the windows
Although lunch is fast and casual, the cuisine is still French-inspired such as tuna Niçoise salad, vegetable quiche, Croque Monsieur sandwich, and pommes frites. Desserts are similar to dinnertime with the castle-made lemon meringue, triple chocolate or strawberry cream cheese cupcakes.
The meals at dinner are more elegant, and served with a selection of French wines and beer. You’ll find entrees such as grilled strip steak with pommes frites, layered ratatouille and appetizers such as French onion soup or mussels ProvenÇal. The signature dessert is the castle-made cream puff!
