Tickets on sale for 23-day Disney’s Halloween Party
Disney News: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts September 11, 2012
Dress your children in costume and let them run through the Magic Kingdom after hours in this family-friendly costume party where ghosts, goblins and Disney characters are in a fun rather than scary frame of mind. From collecting treats and riding attractions and to a friendly yet slightly spooky fireworks show, Disney knows how to create a bewitched evening for children. Streets are decorated with streams of fog, pumpkin lights and Jack-O-Lanterns, while ghouls groove on rooftops at Main Street, U.S.A, and favorite Disney characters are dressed in Halloween costumes for meet and greets. Aside from going to popular attractions such as The Haunted Mansion, following are some of the highlights for the Halloween event.
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Show
If Cinderella Castle ever has a chance of looking sinister, it’s during this fireworks show when the turrets glow orange with lights, pumpkin carvings and Disney villains, all projected during “Happy HalloWishes”. The show follows Mickeys Boo-to-you Halloween parade.
