Disney News: An overview of Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival

If you missed attending the International Food & Wine Festival, there is still lots of time in the 46-day event that continues till November 12th - here’s a photographic overview of what you’ll see at Epcot:

Florida Local

There are lots of shady spots to sample Florida’s local flavors such as the Florida shrimp ceviche with fire-roasted veggies at the new Florida Local marketplace.

Food Sculptures

You can drop into the Chocolate Experience: From The Bean to the Bar at the Festival Center at anytime during the festival. There are samples to try, chocolate treats to purchase and artful sculptures to admire such as Crush from the Disney animated movie “Finding Nemo”.

Chocolate and more chocolate!

You can never have enough chocolate but new this year is a gourmet drinking chocolate at The Chocolate Experience: From The Bean to the Bar.

Keepsakes

If you want a treasure to take home to your children, the mascot for this year’s 17th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is the stuffed animal Duffy Bear decked out in his chef hat and apron, or the new Epcot cook book.
